How to Achieve Life Balance

Do you want to create balance in your life? Would you love a work/play life that didn't bleed over into each other and cause chaos? Then read on..



Having balance in life is like doing yoga. You have to have various parts in synch and communicate on the same wavelength. You must be able to focus on such elements to ensure you are not overstraining yourself as to bring about any imbalances. This takes a lot of multitasking which includes focusing on your body, keeping your breath steady and consistent, training that muscle memory and staying relaxed and in a calm mode.


Does this sound easy? Well, try doing it with the demands of a job on your mind, in the midst of a divorce, with kids hollering in the background and a dog who wants to go outside for a walk. Or maybe, living with roommates who don't respect your privacy, are always in your business, and distracting you at every corner. No matter our situation life asks us to multitask all the time. Are we doing our very best to keep our joy while multitasking? How does this have anything to do with balance in life?


Life is full if one off surprises and disappointments. It's time to reclaim your joy by not letting it deplete in the first place.
